We are looking for a full-time Analyst, Finance Systems. As a key member of the Technology team, you will be reporting to the Director, Technology. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, implementing and providing high-level technical support for specific applications within our Finance system ecosystem, using a variety of programming tools and languages, and using these to also support the financial reporting team.

We are looking for a full-time Analyst, Finance Systems. As a key member of the Technology team, you will be reporting to the Director, Technology. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, implementing and providing high-level technical support for specific applications within our Finance system ecosystem, using a variety of programming tools and languages, and using these to also support the financial reporting team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Developing and administering Elite 3E financial system, including Masterfile maintenance, report and metric design and IDE development
- Designing, developing and modifying reports on Firm financial data using SQL Queries, SSRS, Crystal Reports, PowerBI, Cosine Broadcast, ARCS3 and other reporting solutions
- Designing, developing and modifying Workflow automations using Nintex Automation (K2), Power Automate and Power Platform
- Completing day-to-day administrative tasks (i.e. user maintenance, access rights) within the finance system
- Working effectively with stakeholders and business analysts to capture business requirements for product enhancements to the finance system and the interconnected application ecosystem
- Performing lead technical role in product upgrades, testing phases, technical fixes and integration of 3rd party applications
- Providing support on all issues relating to system testing, user group communication and application troubleshooting
- Completing accurate technical documentation to support the upkeep of financial systems
- Providing assistance to others during absences as needed
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- A university degree or equivalency
- Proficiency in role-specific software, including Elite 3E, SQL, and PowerBI
- Knowledge of Crystal Reports, Cosine Broadcast, Intapp Integrate Builder, and Nintex Automation K2 Workflow is an asset
- Experience within a law firm with other financial systems (i.e. Aderant) would be an asset
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office applications, including Word, Adobe, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint
- Discretion, confidentiality and attention to detail are essential
- A team player who takes initiative and works well independently
- Solid written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrates excellent client service and ability to anticipate client needs
